SESSION: Finding Full Text Articles
DESCRIPTION: Learn how to retrieve full text articles using Summon (a discovery tool on the KRS web site) and Google Scholar, and learn how to request full text articles from KRS. 30 minutes.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
- Identify the parts of an article citation
- Locate and retrieve a specific article on the KRS website, and using Google Scholar
- Check for full-text while conducting a database search
- Request an article that is not held in the KRS collection
Who should attend?
AHS staff who need to retrieve articles for their own use, or on behalf of others (e.g. administrative support staff).
